The Centiplan DIII is a high precision scanning machine for shoe making, which provides much more than simple measurement.
Without any motion power supply, it gives in a simple move the area of each piece laid on the table, the total area plus the area of the envelope.
More than 300 of these machines are used every day all over the world.

The conveyor MKIII is a new version of the well known conveyor MS2, installed in more than 500 tanneries and shoe factories all over the world.
All kinds of skins of any size can be measured with an accuracy better than 1%, and a large set of peripherals are available on request such as user terminal, thermal stamper, alarm buzzer, automatic adhesive label printer, etc.

It is a new version of the conveyor, equipped with a Plexiglas cylinder to spread the skin more easily and prevent the operator from any handling error.
The SCANCYL is shorter than the conveyor as the skin does not need to be laid down flat before measurement.

It is a compact version of the conveyor, convenient to save room in your workshop and to reduce investment and manpower when the speed of the conveyor is not required: the room required is only 2x1 m to measure 1m80 skins.
Like for the conveyor, many peripherals are available.

Metraplan has developed a new technology to control dimensions of wet blue skins on existing conveyors.
The single bridge composed of 128 needles just has to be installed over the skin passage. The accuracy of 3% is sufficient for process optimization and reduces drastically the final cost of the machine. The Blue Bridge Faraday machines is controlled by the MKIII unit.

The MKIII control unit is an industrial computer specially designed for harsh environments. Its software has become a standard due to its user friendliness and its powerful features adapted to your craft.
The MKIII integrates real time control of the sensors, terminal display, printers, etc. It allows quality sorting, separate customer billing, etc.

Metraplan has developed a new range of measurement and control products using the latest technologies : Leather Scan is a modular system based on a Pentium computer, one or more high resolution cameras and the software kernel ScanView.
All features such as bill printing, label printing, computer link, etc., are available, plus numerous specific adaptations for your application.
